Masala Chaas - Yogurt Cooler
A refreshing yogurt drink with a healthy blend of herbs and spices.
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp black salt or regular salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp green chilli chopped optional
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup water
Blend all the ingredients together. Check for salt and season to taste.
Refrigerate it for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
Divide into 3 servings, garnish with some slivered mint leaves or chopped cilantro leaves.
